1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their item.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to partial refunds or may not be accepted.


3. How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Approved returns may be shipped directly to the provided return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If a customer orders the wrong item, changes their mind, selects an incorrect variant, or wishes to exchange an item for personal reasons unrelated to product defects or seller error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any exchange shipping fees.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement, refund, or return instructions at no additional cost to you.

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not include sufficient evidence or are submitted after the required timeframe.


6. High-Value Items & Restocking Fees

For certain high-value, oversized, or special-order items, a restocking and inspection fee may apply. Any applicable fee will be communicated before the return is processed.


7. Freight & Large Item Returns

Return shipping costs for large or freight-shipped items may be significantly higher and are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If delivery is refused, missed, or cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional return or re-delivery fees may apply.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
