Riveted through the steel pan are .5 inch -thick black vinyl cushioning that will provide years of dependable use. Footrest ring is securely bonded to each leg with four spotwell contact points. Seat Is 14" Diameter With An 11 1/2" Diameter 1/2" Vinyl Padding Riveted Through The Steel Seat Pan. Black Color Frame And Legs.
