For commercial, residential, and mobile home roofs. Ultra white finish helps reflect the sun's heat. Provides waterproof seal. May be applied with roller, brush, squeegee or sprayer. Covers approximately 50-100 square feet per gallon per coat depending on the substrate. Two coats recommended. For previously coated roofs, concrete/masonry, metal and rubberized asphalt. Dries to touch in one hour. Dries to recoat in 24 hours.
